MODELS PREFER ILLUMINIZOR in “Illuminate”
I’ve really been getting into Illuminators lately and after being recommended the Models Prefer brand by a makeup artist at work I thought I would give it a go. I’ve opted for the liquid illuminator first up as I want to be able to mix it into my foundations for a more illuminated look. Also because with the power illuminators you need to be very careful when apply it on top of your cheek bone as the shimmery powder can make the fine lines around your eyes more visible.
The shade I am using is “Illuminate” but it also comes in a bronze shade as well. The pictures above show one pump on my hand. I’ve found that this is more than enough to highlight to tops of my cheek bones, brow bone, cupids bow and sometimes I’ll also dab a bit on my collar bones to give them a little something something. This illuminator isn’t super sparkly which you can see in second picture on my hand where I have dabbed a little of it below the blog along my hand. This is great, especially if you are new to using Illuminator as you wont end up looking like a shiny disco ball. The packaging is quite nice. It comes in a semi-frosted glass bottle with a pump and clear cap.
A definite bargain buy if you want to experiment with Illuminators before splashing out on anything more expensive.
Available at Priceline for RRP $12.99 (14mls)
